We would like to continue to expand our reach, and maintain clear communication to concerned owners as we are able. If you are an owner of a unit at Sunrise Cove and have not previously provided your contact information, please fill out the form below to be included in further updates as we continue forward.
Please print your SIGN and post a copy in your windows while you are at the resort! This is how we will continue to increase our numbers and engage with other concerned owners! If you are at the resort, the Spirit Lake Public Library should be able to print this for you.
Even better, if you can make your own large sign that says “FixSunriseCove.com” and put it in your windshield, along with a printed QR code sign, this will give us even more visibility. Should you choose to park your car in the large parking lot facing the entrance to the hotel, that is completely up to you! This will be most important on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, when people are coming and going the most! E-mail us pictures of your signs (SunriseCoveOwners@gmail.com) so we can see your creativity!
We will communicate with you as we make additions to the content here, which will be a complete and comprehensive summary of all actions taken by our group.
Additionally, we will invite you to join us for conversations about our progress and next steps we have identified in our continued efforts.
We ask anyone that would like to be affiliated with our owner advocacy group to commit to the following:
• Maintain professional communication with Sunrise Cove Association management and its board.
• Participate in our group’s efforts rather than running parallel efforts. We believe a consistent, unified approach will yield more effective results.
• Avoid berating resort staff. Our issues are with the operation of the Association and the resort, and not the hard working members of their staff.
• Remain current on your Association dues. An owner not current in their dues is not a member in good standing with the Association. While defunding the operations of the resort is tempting considering the covert operations and lack of transparency, it also means those members are not eligible to vote in operational matters.
When you complete the below form, your information will be sent ONLY to the limited number of administrators of this group, which will allow us to continue to engage with you as we have updates. Your information will not be shared with board members or the resort without your permission.
